These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Boo & Bay Delight website and mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated at Veritas University, Bwari, Abuja. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Our Service

Boo & Bay Delight lets you browse our menu, place food orders for delivery or pickup, pay online, and track your order's status. Orders are prepared at our kitchen and delivered by our own riders within our serviceable delivery zones.

Accounts

You can order as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate name, phone number, and delivery information — we rely on it to reach you and deliver your order correctly.

Orders and Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm the order once it's accepted and payment is verified.
• Prices are shown in Naira (₦) and may change without prior notice, though the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
• Payment is made by bank transfer to our business account. Your order starts once we confirm your transfer, and orders that haven't been paid for within 30 minutes are cancelled automatically. We do not see or store your card or banking details.
• Once an order is confirmed and preparation has started, it generally cannot be cancelled. If something goes wrong with your order (wrong item, missing item, quality issue), contact us right away via phone or WhatsApp so we can make it right.

Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees — they can be affected by weather, traffic, order volume, or other circumstances outside our control. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate and that someone is reachable to receive the order.

Reviews and Feedback

If you leave a rating or written feedback on an order, you agree it's honest and doesn't contain abusive, false, or offensive content. We may display feedback to improve our service and menu.

Acceptable Use

Please don't use the Service to place fraudulent orders, abuse or harass our staff and riders, or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the website or app. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that misuse the Service.

Third-Party Services

Some parts of the Service rely on third parties — Google for optional sign-in and Expo for mobile push notifications. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' own terms.

Intellectual Property

The Boo & Bay Delight name, logo, menu content, and website/app design belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to prepare and deliver every order correctly and on time, but we're not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please check with us before ordering — while we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
